1.) All signs manufactured by The Sign Factory, Inc. (TSF) are guaranteed for a period of one year from date of shipment to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Defective components will be repaired or replaced during this period without charge; however removal and reinstallation labor, along with travel expenses for replacing defective components, will not be reimbursed.
2.) Should there be a malfunction covered under this warranty, the buyer must notify TSF prior to taking any action. To proceed with any work or repairs on signs under warranty without notifying TSF and obtaining written authorization, automatically voids any guarantees.
3.) Any defective component qualifying for manufacturer's warranty must be returned to TSF before credit is given. Freight-collect shipments will not be accepted.
4.) Any component manufacturer's warranty still in effect upon expiration of the TSF warranty period is passed on to the buyer.
